  • 1 cup yogurt
  • Salt to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon asafoetida
  • 3-4 cups chilled water

Method:Permalink

  1. Add yogurt, salt, and asafoetida in a bowl. Whisk it.
  2. Add water and whisk again. I like my buttermilk to be thin. So adjust water according to your preference.
  3. Serve immediately.
